Training
TC2 is committed to providing the best training available when it comes to military communications. From legacy systems to the latest COTS technologies our team is continually expanding their knowledge base and passing that knowledge on to the customer. Training is provided by former certified military instructors, experienced systems planning engineers and seasoned technical controllers. Our trainers know the entire communications network process starting with defining requirements, designing solutions, and implementation. At TC2 we develop curriculum to support any requirement related to military communications. We specialize in Technical Control related topics but have the experienced instructor staff and management to tackle any specific need.
Our instructors are well versed in current equipment; this includes the Promina based Digital Technical Control (DTC), Tactical Data Network Gateway (TDN-GW), Tactical Voice Switching System (TVSS) and other communications systems.
Hands-on multimedia-based training is provided at our facility with vendor-supplied equipment or at the customer’s location with their equipment. TC2 educates users on emerging technological advancements. Students benefit from our industry leading experts in communication architecture, planning, system design, installation, maintenance and operation. We have experience working with all branches of military service.
TC2 is also exploring with Lenoir Community College (LCC), a communications and electronics journeyman’s program, utilizing the expertise here for instructors, and utilizing both the new classrooms and laboratory for this course. Further discussions are being sought, and LCC has expressed interest in this concept, to mirror what Craven Community College is doing in the aviation industry.
